Sanctuary Stretch sessions are very flexible and flowing, allowing each member to choose the level of intensity that suits their own comfort and ability. We make sure each participant feels well informed and safe in every session. We offer both mat and chair sessions or a combination of both. Our passion is to bring our relaxing workshops and classes to those most in need, such as retirees, community centers, gyms, rehabilitation facilities, mental health clinics and detention centers, plus schools and youth camps where foundations of wellbeing and self-care are vital. We also love meeting those with like minds who are intentional about nurturing their own faith, hope, love, and healing.

Or at KENG (Kingston East Neighbourhood Group) On Tuesday's at 1pm or Fortnightly on Friday's.

​Classes include a brief introduction for new members of the basics, followed by 30-40 minutes of gentle Pilates exercises and stretches to make the body feel amazing and settle the nervous system, in preparation of finishing with a relaxing guided meditation.
All Ages Workshops
Our tailored workshops and regular bookings suit all ages and fitness levels. Our founder & Instructor Claire has vast experience with children and teens after a decade of working as a children's entertainer. Claire has also worked with Seniors, 12 Step Recovery groups, NDIS, Veterans affairs, Community Centers, Churches and Schools and has a passion for helping those most in need. Both Mat and Chair sessions available.
